Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – JIOS Academy Sdn. Bhd.

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for cancellations and refunds related to our services and course enrollments. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with your booking or purchase.


1. Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their course enrollment or service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without any penalty.


2. Cancellation After 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours from the time of booking, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service or course fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.


3. Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the allowed 24-hour window.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that all ticketed events, program enrollments, and workshop purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated.


5. Cancellation Procedure

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation penalties.


6. Changes to Bookings or Service Dates

  • Requests to change your course date or service appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • All changes are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Additional charges may apply if changes are made outside of the allowed timeframe or involve rescheduling logistics.

7. Policy Updates
